We deliver to Austria and Germany. Orders are shipped from Vienna.

All shipping costs include statutory VAT. The shipping costs applicable to your order are shown at checkout before you complete your order.
Delivery time
- Austria: 1–3 working days
- Germany: 2–4 working days
For prepayment, the delivery time begins on the day after receipt of payment; otherwise on the day after conclusion of the contract. If the end of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday at the place of delivery, it is postponed to the next working day.
Shipping confirmation
As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email, including a tracking number where available.
Transport damage
If a parcel arrives damaged, please contact us at rene@remaro.at with your order number and a photo. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
